Prizes are awarded to those who enter\, but it's not mandatory.\n  A kiosk is located nearby for those who don't bring their own picnic and kids can swim at the beach in Freshwater Bay. A perfect spring activity\, picnicking under the peppermint trees by the river.\n\n
